AP Series

The AP Series oil mist collectors feature a patented design developed specifically for industrial machining environments. They effectively filter oil mist generated by cutting fluids during machining processes and are equipped with E11/ EPA high-efficiency filter cartridges with a filtration efficiency of ≥95%. This allows the system to capture fine airborne particles while maintaining clean air and a safe working environment.
 

We choose to present filtration performance transparently, rather than simply promoting ultra-high HEPA H13 ratings. In industrial oil mist applications, oil-based particles are highly adhesive, and excessively high-grade HEPA filters tend to clog rapidly. This leads to airflow reduction, significantly shortened filter service life, increased maintenance costs, and reduced operational stability.
 

For this reason, the AP Series adopts E11/ EPA filtration, achieving the most practical balance between filtration efficiency, pressure drop control, and filter longevity. This ensures long-term stable operation and truly meets the demands of real industrial environments.
 

The series includes four models, from AP-10 to AP-40, each offering different airflow capacities to flexibly accommodate a wide range of machine tool sizes and machining requirements.
