Description
The XP Series is a high-efficiency, energy-saving model designed to reduce power consumption and enhance intelligent control capabilities.Compared to the AP Series, the XP-20 can save up to 80% of electricity usage while supporting PWM 0–10V control signals. This allows airflow to be adjusted according to on-site requirements, enabling more precise energy management and airflow control. It is ideal for factory environments with strict demands for energy efficiency.
Motor Characteristics
The core of the XP-20 is equipped with an EC motor. EC motors combine the high efficiency of DC motors with the stability of AC motors, using an electronic controller for commutation. This not only significantly reduces energy consumption but also ensures quieter operation, along with the advantages of long service life and low maintenance costs. The XP-20 is also the world’s first oil mist collector to adopt an EC motor. Its stator is precisely controlled by a programmable circuit board with a built-in microcontroller unit (MCU), providing multiple protection mechanisms including inrush current, rotor lock, overcurrent, undervoltage, overheating, and overload protection. Additionally, the fan blades of the EC motor are optimized using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), achieving minimal power consumption while ensuring maximum airflow and pressure output.Product Specifications
